About Us:
Nadler Insurance has been serving San Francisco Bay Area families and their businesses since 1927. We are a 4th generation family owned and operated Independent insurance Agency. With over 90-years in business we’ve developed great relationships with our multi-generational client base and have partnerships with some of the top carriers in the marketplace. We’ve grown with our clients; establishing non-resident licenses in many states allowing us to keep our clients needs met as their families and businesses grow across the country.

Our Benefits and Perks:
Upon joining our team each employee is given a work laptop as well as the necessary equipment to set up a dual monitor environment for both their home and office workstation. We operate in a largely cloud based environment so there is no need for a lot of equipment to keep a your home or when on-site in the office. Most employees commute to the office 2-days a week and work remote the other 3 (Hybrid work schedule).
As an employee of Nadler Insurance, you are also eligible for our benefits program, which includes medical, vision and dental insurance, 401(k), vacation time on accrual basis(10-days first 2 year, 15-days 3-5yrs, 20-days 5+ years of employment), 1-Birthday floating holiday (to be used the month of your Birthday), 10-paid holidays per year, 3-sick days and other benefits which will be described in more detail in the employee handbook & orientation package.
At Nadler Insurance we believe in the work-life balance and have enabled our hybrid staff to select their work hours (within expanded business hours) to encourage all of our staff to make sure they have the time needed to spend with friends and family outside of the office during the work week. Current Opportunities
Director of Welcome
The Director of Welcome is a key role at Nadler Insurance, acting as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication and a positive experience for every client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls using Ring Central VoIP and direct them to appropriate team members.
- Assist clients with billing inquiries and address concerns efficiently.
- Support the Personal Lines Insurance team with remarketing and quoting tasks during downtime.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience using Ring Central VoIP and similar office technology.
Agency Growth Facilitator
As an Agency Growth Facilitator, you will support our Agency Principal by handling day-to-day operations, client relationships, and key acquisition activities. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual ready to contribute to the agency's strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client acquisition relationships, including documentation and follow-up tasks.
- Handle operational tasks such as endorsement processing, claims, and client communication.
- Assist with financial tracking, invoicing, and carrier payments to ensure smooth operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance industry, especially in commercial and personal lines.
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Experience with agency management systems, particularly Applied Epic (preferred).
