Nadler Insurance has been serving San Francisco Bay Area families and their businesses since 1927. We are a 4th generation family owned and operated Independent insurance Agency. With over 90-years in business we’ve developed great relationships with our multi-generational client base and have partnerships with some of the top carriers in the marketplace. We’ve grown with our clients; establishing non-resident licenses in many states allowing us to keep our clients needs met as their families and businesses grow across the country.

Our Benefits and Perks:
Upon joining our team each employee is given a work laptop as well as the necessary equipment to set up a dual monitor environment for both their home and office workstation. We operate in a largely cloud based environment so there is no need for a lot of equipment to keep a your home or when on-site in the office. Most employees commute to the office 2-days a week and work remote the other 3 (Hybrid work schedule).
As an employee of Nadler Insurance, you are also eligible for our benefits program, which includes medical, vision and dental insurance, 401(k), vacation time on accrual basis(10-days first 2 year, 15-days 3-5yrs, 20-days 5+ years of employment), 1-Birthday floating holiday (to be used the month of your Birthday), 10-paid holidays per year, 3-sick days and other benefits which will be described in more detail in the employee handbook & orientation package.

Director of Welcome – Remote Insurance Customer Service (San Francisco Bay Area)
Position: Director of Welcome
Location: Remote (serving clients across California)

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls via RingCentral VoIP system.
- Assist clients with billing inquiries and service support.
- Help remarket and quote personal lines insurance accounts.
- Provide outstanding customer experiences for Bay Area clients and beyond.

Nadler Insurance, a fourth-generation independent insurance agency, is seeking a hands-on Fractional CFO to support financial operations during a key period of modernization and growth. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with agency leadership to transition traditional bookkeeping practices to a fully digital system, streamline financial workflows, and help lay the foundation for future scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the agency’s transition from paper-based bookkeeping to digital accounting and financial reporting platforms.
- Manage trust accounting, cash flow tracking, premium finance operations, and carrier commission reconciliations.
- Provide monthly financial reporting and analysis to ownership, offering actionable insights and forecasts.
- Advise on operational efficiencies, profitability strategies, and long-term financial planning initiatives.
- Collaborate directly with leadership on financial systems optimization and agency growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CFO, Controller, or senior financial professional in a small business environment; insurance or financial services experience preferred.
- Hands-on expertise with trust accounting, bookkeeping, and financial process optimization.
- Experience implementing or migrating to digital accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online or similar).
- Ability to work independently on-site with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly contractor rate: $80–$120 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Flexible schedule (approximately 10–20 hours per month to start, with potential growth over time).
- Eligibility for a monthly health stipend after initial engagement period.
- Potential for hybrid remote/onsite schedule after successful onboarding and system implementation.
